Many Howdy Darcy pieces are made to order, meaning your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Please allow 11–18 business days for your order to be produced and delivered.

This timeframe includes production and shipping.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using our standard shipping service. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a correction. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been shipped, carrier delays, loss, or damage are outside of Howdy Darcy’s control. Please contact us if you experience an issue with your delivery, and we’ll do our best to help.
