Howdy Darcy Return & Cancellation Policy

At Howdy Darcy, we’re a small boutique that works directly with vendors and manufacturers to bring you limited-run and preorder styles. Because of the nature of our ordering process, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

All sales are final.

We gladly offer store credit only for approved returns that meet the conditions below.

💌 Store Credit Policy:

Store credit is issued in the form of an e-gift card once your return is approved.

• Credit may be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Returns:

Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale, clearance, accessories, and custom or preorder items are non-returnable.

🚫 Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

• Our vendors begin processing preorders and special-order items shortly after checkout to reserve your merchandise.
• Because of this, we’re unable to issue refunds for any cancellation request, even if the order has not yet shipped.
• If you no longer wish to wait on a preorder, store credit will be issued for the full amount paid.

-Damaged or Incorrect Items:

 

 

 

 

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos if there’s an issue, and we’ll make it right.
